One of these builders has a really cute bum Dave, so I think I'll stick with them if it's all the same to you. Wondering how I could sabotage their work so they are here a bit longer. I am nearly the proud owner of a new garage and no longer the owner of a shop. Yaay, no more business rates.

When I read your post Traci, I wondered if there was an apostrophe missing, eg builder's bum! Now all becomes clear.
A good case of when an apostrophe could mean a whole new avenue to go down.
