I remember years ago there was this option, is it still available ?

Click on "tools" then "options".
Click on "privacy" on the left hand side.
Click on "edit settings".
Click on "mail" on the left hand side.
Click on "safe and blocked senders" below "preventing junk email".
Click on "blocked senders" and away you go :)

In the main window of hotmail, highlight the email you wish to block, click on 'Sweep' at the top of the window and select 'block'.
