Can't find death of my Great Uncle
Some of you will know I am working on my family tree of Sellars/ers/ors.
I have now moved on to Fred Sellars born May 1873 in Longsight Manchester.
I have found him on the census of 1881,1891,1901 and 1911.
In 1911 he was living with his wife Emily (nee Chew).
They had been married for 11 yrs and had no children, but I cannot find a death date for him.
If he moved out of the Manchester area then how can I find out where he moved to?
I've tried several of the genealogy sites but am having no luck.
Thanks in advance.

I've checked the Frederick that Dotty suggested and it seems feasible but that's the first time I've seen him named as Frederick.
On every other occasion he was just Fred.
Thanks craft and dotty.
Oh by the way craft, do you remember me asking about my great uncle Bill from the Isle of Man?
I found he has a grandson same age as me and I met him today.
It was always my intention to find a Sellors that is still living, and now I have.
He is my second cousin ( I think!)

I've only just read through your posts, but on the point of Fred / Frederick, it's likely that although he was registered as Fred, known as Fred throughout his life, when it comes to registering the death, the information we have in the Index is only as good as the knowledge of the informant. Thus if the informant thought that Fred was short for Frederick ....
