I'm sure if it was Scotland or Wales in the Euros we wouldn't be hearing quite so much about it.....

For such a small percentage of the UK's population you lot certainly seem to be everywhere moaning about England at every opportunity.
England are in Euro 2012 at the moment, what do you expect our media to do? Ignore them?
Of course Scotland and Wales would get mentioned if they were in it..Both ITV and the BBC have been covering the Republic of Ireland and they aren't even part of the UK.
Take a look at the studio "experts" hardly any of them are English.

erm....sorry to tell you all that you jumped down the wrong throat, but maybe you could take back the assumption that i'm scottish, as i am in fact Welsh. Cazzz1975, I'm in Wales, not in England. My reference wasn't to the fact that the matches are televised, or that its on the news so often, I just think that there's a little overkill when even every advert break is to get a free England something with the Star, or buy 2 packs of pringles and get a free England something else -all I'm saying is that if it was another UK team, the rest of the country wouldn't have it constantly rammed down their throats - its not sour grapes, heavens, i could never have sour grapes about football, i've watched Wales play, all i'm saying is that the coverage is over the top. and don't get me started on the coverage when it comes to the rugby....
