Can anyone enlighten me as to what specification laptop i would need to run Autocad 6. What size memory, graphics card and processor speed etc

This is a specs for Autocad 2007, not sure if that is the same as Autocad 6

Of the specs on the page linked to above, the ones with the 512MB of RAM is the one you need to concentrate on. This sort of computer will very happily run AutoCAD.

I assume you mean 2006 rather than 6. AutoCAD 2006 is actually version 16. This means that 6 was a very long time ago indeed, well before Windows.
