What recession?

Went to the Trafford Centre near Manchester yesterday - all I can say is, what recession might we be in? It was just any old Monday and the shoppers were out in force, and in the cafes, and in the cinema.
Maybe these are the people who should be running the economy.

In the nicest way, the few of you who don't use/pay off credits card are a miniscule fraction of the country.

For everyone one of you there could be another looking at this thread and thinking, 'I'm not going on there and letting slip I've maxed out my credit cards and the banks gona send the boys round'.
