I want to slow roast a boneless shoulder of pork for 10 people. Can someone tell me how much pork shoulder I would need to buy from the butchers please?

Thank you, Puss! I might do some sort of potato and salad with it. It sounds an easy recipe to do without being tied to the kitchen! That's my kind of cooking!

you will need 7 to 10 lbs of pre cooked pork.
