Does anyone have any idea if you can fit a cat flap in double glazing (conservatory) and if so could you give me a general idea of the cost?

The house is rented so I'd need permission first but I'm just looking at the possibilities (mostly if I could afford it).

Cat flaps can be fitted in to double glazing, but only by replacing the existing unit. See here for an example

No idea of the cost but I expect it's not cheap, depends a lot on the size of the d/glazed unit.
My cousin had one set into the brickwork, rather than the glass, ground level, didnt cost the earth at all.
If it's a door with 2 separate pieces of glass, it might work out cheaper if you replace the bottom pane of glass with plastic - that way you can simply cut out the desired hole and fit the cat flap yourself :)

Thanks for the answers. There's no brickwork, the entire conservatory is glass and each pane goes from top to bottom so if I had to replace the panes I'd have to replace to quite large pieces og glass.
