lipo on genitals - on the nhs?

someone told me they'd heard of a woman whose vagina was so fleshy she was granted lipo on the nhs. apparently she couldn't wear skirts or dresses as it looked like she was 'hiding something' and the lower part was big and so was hard to keep fresh as she'd sweat a lot and end up with thrush. the woman was only 10 stone, and 5' 2" ,so not over weight

I can understand it being embarassing to have people wonder if you are a man and be restricted in your clothing, and have problems with thrush etc.

I know how these sorts of things can destroy a persons confidence - is this like having a big nose, or big ears? ...though it has a medical issue too, that the others don't

what do people think of this?

No, I think it's probably true. I watched a documentry one night called "designer vaginas" (I kid you not) and it was actually very moving. The women all had different problems, one had very oddly shaped genitals and it had ruined her life. Another had had loads of kids they all got surgery on the NHS. I remember thinking how horrible it must have been for these poor women and how brave they were to go on tv about such a private thing
