Can anyone have a stab at what this ISP might be, it has been written down as what looks like hados.co.uk but does not exist! I have tried googling but can't find anything like it! Any ideas gratefully received.

personally i would say do not bother with them then, for one thing they are not known or popular, personally i would suggest going with pipex, their broadband is the highest quality in the uk as far as the bt exchange is concerned, i am with them myself and have no connection problems whatsoever.
