Microsoft aren't gonna just let you download games, if they catch you, I can't say what will happen, but with a company like that, expect something pretty hefty...

Also expect them to put all airports on lockdown until they get you ;) they're powermad! :D

The other thing with this (hypothetically.....) is that if you were to find a cough bit torrent cough cough site such as cough cough limewire cough cough.... and download an game, you would need to burn it onto an dvd media somehow so you could put it into your games console.

If you did this the game would not play unless your xbox had been cough 'repaired' cough cough.....
