i am not happy with the kindle my boys bought me the left hand side is very hard to turn the page,it never used to be like that,the right side is fine,if they send it away(it's still under warranty) will i lose all the books i just bought???

not if you bought them from Amazon, they sit in your kindle account and you can download them where you like, I have mine on my ipad and my laptop.

i got them from the books on the kindle

so which website did you buy them from? was it Amazon?

it was the book list in the kindle,they have thousands of books there to either buy or some is free,dont know if its amazon

yep they are safe, my 1st kindle died (r.i.p.) i was panicking but if you call Amazon kindle helpline they are very good and will send you a new one in a couple of days, then just go to your account on amazon and follow instuctions to put all ya books onto new kindle, if a numpty like me can do it i'm sure you will be able to lol ;-)

should i use my guarantee,or use,instant replacement which is valid for three years(i bought this separate)

check your t and c to see which is valid. If you have a choice and instant replacement can only be used once. then i would use the guarantee and hang on to the instant replacement option for when the guarantee expires.

if i use instant replacement and go back to curry's do they give me one straight away

what does it say on the paperwork? If its a separate Curry's thing and no limit on the number of times then I'd use it.
