Working Tax Credits - Statement confusion?

We completed the new form we were sent about 4 weeks ago and sent it back with some updated information. However, yesterday we received a statement for the year April 2011 - April 2012 saying NIL balance owed to us. No award notice enclosed telling us how much this tax year is to be paid to us (from April 12 onwards). They are still paying us the same weekly payment as the last 2 years but this has probably changed now due to the change of circumstances on our new form we sent them. (payments should be lower). WHEN do they tell us about this tax year we are already in? Cannot get through to them as they are very busy. Anybody know? I dont understand whey they are telling what we already HAD been paid- we know that ?

chances are that they have not even updated your information yet and what you have received is crossed post - they are open from 8am till 8am monday to friday and 8am to 4pm saturday - first thing is always the best time to call them - that is when I get through no problem at all
