Just scratched the back of my leg on the roses and it looks awful. Is there anything that will make the angry red scratch marks go away any sooner? Its obviously scabbing (yuk) .

You certainly need to swab them with antiseptic. Otherwise it is a matter of waiting for it to heal itself.

Scratches like that sometimes itch me, so I put antihistamine cream on them too, but DEFINITELY as Starbuck says, you need to clean it thoroughly. You can get extremely nasty infections from injuries in the garden.
