He said that we should make a list of questions when we go to the doctor so that we do not forget anything.
Also that we should write down what he says to us.
His talk today was not as good as the one which I posted at 11.11 yesterday

you do post some odd things don't you? You know this is a question and answer site, right? not a statement site
bednobs...........LOL
Once I went to the GP with a list of questions. Threw him totally off balance, said he didn't have time for it all, despite my not having been allowed to book a double slot as a previous doctor had recommended, and being told by the receptionist, "You don't need to you may take as long as you like". He picked and chose from the list and I came away with the usual guff advice I could have got from anywhere. Heck I could have told him what he told me. And they wonder why guys don't see the doc if they can avoid it.
I usually do that, write it down and ask quickly because generally 10 minutes is all you get, 11 if you they like you.
I loved the doctor I had who always got coffee and the ciggies out when I turned up.
Chap I have now keeps sending my prescription to a surgery in the next town. Hint perhaps and as for going in with a list.....One ailment at a time. I`m fit but one day I will save up lots of ailments for the fun.
One doesn't want to go mesing up the daily routine by runing off to see the doc every five minutes, so symptoms are ignored, tolerated, worked around until so many have built up one feels one has to go. Not getting them all sorted then is not finding a visit worthwhile.
re gp^s. the two statements they hate most ! ( i have a list ) ( i checked on the internet ) :(
Perhaps so, but it should be part of the service. Here is what is troubling me, help !
