first of all, on behalf of the town manager and myself, thank you to those of you who have bought a copy..she is touched that you are all not local, and therefore could not bring your child to go on stage for their prize of assisting santa in throwing the switch.
i can now inform you of the adult part of the prize.
it it a shopping voucher for sports direct shops - to the value of £50.
i'll take this opportunity also to apologise again for the errors discovered in the early days of the launch, which were corrected as soon as i was able.
there is still time to buy a copy - as the closing date is the end of october. . for those of you who might be interested.
thanks for asking. i'm not technically gifted - so i cannot paste the link for you. but if you go to my profile and look down my list you will find all the details (st ives, cambs christmas lights quiz)..also, regret, no pay-pal system ..
With the cost of postage (even second class) of £1.50 or £2.00 for return of marked entry makes postal entry for several quizzes rather expensive.
So I will pass on this one - good luck anyway.
as a goodwill gesture to you, and you only, post your address on here and I will send you a copy plus an sae for return.
i will trust you to enclose the entry fee cheque with the completed sheet
Many thanks for the gesture but I'll follow the Site Rules
