Track ID Please?

Asked this a month ago, my recording was lame so I held my arm up this time and recorded as best as I could. I am after this track, The only lyrics I have are everyone you love is gathered in, they're gathered in and who loves the weak and the sick and the needy. I heard it in a Family Bargains shop, its satellite radio so haven't been able to track the artist, I have been after this song for a year now....please help. thanks. The track I was after was Aaron Brady - Gathered In, it's not online anywhere but was kindly sent the track someone from his myspace page!
