Dizzy after an op.
6 Answers
My daughter had her fallopian tubes remove 2 weeks ago, since then she's been very light headed and dizzy. She's been to the doc who checked her b/p and did a blood test for aneamia (sp) but said he didn't think it was the cause. Any ideas peeps?

Local or general anaesthesia?
For what reason was the procedure performed?
How old is she?
Any other underlying general medical condition?
Depending upon the answers to the above and depending upon type of anaesthesia and providing the blood tests come back normal, then this isno big deal and a part of the recovery process.

Both tubes removed via laparoscopy (3 smallish incisions), general anaesthitic, she had a fairly big cyst on one and when then looked at the other it was wrapped round her ovary so took that out as well. She's 38 and has polycystic ovaries and endometriosis (sorry if the spellings are wrong Sqad) otherwise quite healthy. Blood test not back yet. Thank you all for your replies xx
