I often think when watching the Monaco Grand Prix, how much would one of those flats that over looks the circuit cost ?
You even see the odd balcony empty. This is a clue ! we can afford not to let the flat at Grand prix weekend.
Now I know ..check the link ...

Anyone fancy going 50/50 on a Monaco holiday home ?

'Wide panoramic views'... i.e stuck right up and at the back of the mountain pmsl... not bad for 6m...
my sister visited monaco a few years ago, it was 15 pounds for a cup of coffee....rip off!
I'm off to the Valencia Grand Prix in August and was going to be charged 2600 euro for a flat for 4 days - Yeah right!
Think you would see more on TV than live being there....I Enjoy racing and marcheled at a few of the RAC venues around the uk.
Still see more at home as you never know the end results...Untill the end of the race.
Also It is a non paying situ as car clubs all over voulunter for these.
Only see the Good stuff on TV.

Cold Wet and in Danger.

Them were the days....LOL.
Even a pokey little one bedroom bedsit in Monaco costs £1300 a month to rent and a really plush 4 bedroom apartment was sold recently for £60 million.
