There are others in 11and 17 (think there are 2 letters there), which makes 12 letters but only 11 clues ? Just follow your highlighting.

I have a completed grid and the title but am puzzled by the letters ignored in the wordplay. I have found 13 of these, in 12 clues as in the preamble, and they occupy 9 squares in the grid. However, only 8 of these squares are part of the full title; the other seems to be surplus to requirements.
