Glucosamine Sulphate

I am going to start taking this supplement...does anyone know if the "cheaper" vitamin companys such as Goldshield etc are any good..they seem to cheap to be of a sufficient standard ...ive seen glucosamine range considerably in price...any experiences?

Anything you buy from a Pharmacy or reputable health food shop should be just as good, even if it is an "economy" brand. Goldshield are an established manufacturer of pharmaceuticals and I would reccomend them without question. Also, what about the own brand of a trusted houseold name such as Boots/Moss/Tesco etc? I would always suggest avoiding anything in the back of a Sunday paper/market stall/ car boot sale/ too good to be true etc.
