Yes, this is in the right place but I want to see if the public are aware, Not for the HGV Drivers to answer but the general public, how many hours per day does this person work & would YOU think He / she was safe. & do you think he / she earns a vast amount?

I wouldn't know about the wages for HGV drivers, but their time at the wheel, driving is bound by law. Rests and days off should all be accounted for by a good driver and employer. Tacho offences are looked down on by the Police and the Highways Agency, who do random checks on Haulage companys and take the tachographs for checks. It is the international driver we should worry about. Boris from Bratislava is a b***ger.
