I recently deleted my messages from my Nokia N8. Is is at all possible to undelete or retrieve these messages? Hope it is and someone can help.

Only if you synced your phone with the nokia suite on your computer before the messages were deleted (and after you'd received them, obviously)... otherwise, no. (though your service provider will still have a copy of them, but they won't do anything to help)
