disguising blown vinyl ??

help ...i need to get rid of alot of blown vinyl on my walls does anybody know of a substance that you can roll on to cover it without actually stripping the walls or having them replastered or am i just wishfull thinking in a very big way ??

Well, I just painted over mine with ordinary emulsion. It took a couple of coats because the original colour was rather garish, but it worked fine. The only problem I've had is that my decorative paper border doesn't seem to want to stick to it and keeps falling off.

I painted mine also, and the pattern is not that obvious, does take a couple of coats though. Ideally I'd like rid but it would need stripping.
Deenie, I bought a border paste for my border. Maybe try buying a border paste if you are not already using border paste.
