gnocchi bolognese
17 Answers
Had a last minute supper and it was delicious. Had already made the bolognese sauce/meat the day before. Decided didnt fancy pasta for a change, and found a packet of chilled gnocchi in fridge. Took just 3 mins to cook, stirred in the sauce/meat and it was so tasty!
p.s. also, if you cook the gnocchi, then roast in oven with a little oil you then have baby roasties!

She drains it, puts it in an ovenproof dish along with the bolognese sauce and tears some fresh mozzarella and fresh basil and bakes until the cheese is bubbly. She then finishes it with grated parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil. It's yum lol
Tink.As you said I found some today at Asda.Their seemed to be a few varieties but I chose the multicoloured ones which incorporate spinach and tomato in their mix, I will be giving it a try later this week....Mike I didn't need to ask for assistance but I know what you mean.
