Can a legal charge on a property be reassigned with the consent/authorization of the existing assignee?
Hello all, does anyone know if a legal charge on a property can be reassigned with the consent/authorization of the existing assignee? and if so, would the present 'charge position' (i.e first charge, second charge etc) of said legal charge be maintained. Thank you

Indeed, the relevant paperwork seems to make no provision for it:

Hey Buenchico, thanks for your prompt response. I think you have 'inadvertently' answered my query with the land registry form you kindly provided a link for. I was looking for confirmation that a charge could be reassigned WITH the current assignees consent, the land reg form confirms that this is indeed possible. Thanks once again.
