i wish to make a complaint/suggestion about BBC's Text Service but after trawling through the website, I cannot find an e-mail address to use. Can anyone please provide me with a link?

It will get worst when the do away with tere. and go digital .No text on 415 today either .BBC late on results as well

I have tried through that link but can't access the right place to complain. I want to complain about the cricket coverage, in particular the County Championship Tables on page 340.

The Friends Life T20 matches all finished last Sunday but two of the three groups have not been updated to include the final scores for two of those games. Cricket updates are appalling. They're obviously handled by someone who has no knowledge of the game so that they write rubbish.

Totally agree, its complete rubbish! Never gets updated and no news flash, and not a patch on the old Ceefax and Teletext analogue - they were brilliant and provided a great service, I looked at it all the time. The people who update it now should be sacked for not doing their job properly!

I'm glad that I'm not the only person who thinks this a poor service compared with how things used to be.

In frustration, I phoned them this morning about the five-day wait for the cricket tables to be updated & spoke to a pleasant Irishman. He agreed that there is alot wrong at his end!

Tonight, the tables still haven't been updated!!!!!

TV text had its day and has been on the way out for some time, superseded by the ubiquitous internet; and if you want that on your TV all you have to do is buy a smart TV.

I realise that I can find the tables when I am able to use my computer but I don't always have access if I am away on cricket trips. Hotel rooms have TVs & it is easy to press the Text button when I return at the end of the day.

I just feel that if a Text service is supposedly available from the BBC, then it should be accurate & updated frequently.

The T20 Tables to which I refer, have still not be updated & it is now 8 days since the games in question were played. A pretty poor show.
