I am up for abh and common assault very soon in magistrates court, the common i am not worried about its spitting on someone, the abh i am worried about i denied it in the police station but they have to much evidence on me to find me guilty at court so i was stupid to denie it but in the abh a brick has been involved. and i have recently been put on tag but i have ripped one of, i am so stupid, does anyone if i am looking at custody?
