Ticket agency
I've just bought concert tickets from Three Chings and only found out after I'd paid for them that they won't arrive until 5 days before the gig which isn't until July. Anyone used them before? Are they reliable?

Great service got them a week before the gig royal mail special delivery. Paid above face value but it was worth it, great seats. Got some tickets of ticketmaster for the same show (bad seats) and only got them 2 days before. I think all tickets come out late now ..... pablo0701
I'm not impressed with them. I bought tickets back in Dec for a concert in May (tomorrow actually) I chased them because tickets hadn't arrived only to be told on Friday that tickets would be sent out on Tues to arrive by 1pm on Wed. THE DAY OF THE CONCERT. Concert is in Manchester I am in Birmingham. To make it even worse I am picking up someone in Lincoln first. I had booked a hotel in Manc for tonight so no need to rush tomorrow lost money on that now as its too late to cancel. So I am just hoping the tickets turn up which then gives me a 2hour journey to Lincoln and then a 2 1/2 hour journey to Manchester. Threechings dont answer the phones and despite several e-mails the only reply I got was to tell me when the tickets will be sent out. I'm not holding my breath for them to even turn up being honest :o(
I obviously tempted fate I just had a mail from Three Chings telling me the tickets would not be arriving but they have offered me gold tickets for the same concert but in Liverpool next week, or my money back. Great idea, more money on hotels and even further away. Bet you can guess which option I picked. Thanks for nothing Three Chings I wont be using you again !!
Yes I got my tickets 6 days before the Beyonce gig ... I think the delay is caused by the PROMOTORS, who send tickets out late to cause problems for the ticket resellers such as threechings.com .... even if you buy from offical outlets such as seetickets you can end up getting them the day before or even have to pick them up at the venue. I buy lots of tickets for concerts to give out as freebies to my staff and customers, so i know what am talking about. Come on PROMOTORS start sending tickets out 2 weeks before so nobody has problems!!!
Good Grief I've just seen these "latest" posts! Thanks everyone, we DID get our tickets but they weren't in a row of 4 as we'd hoped, there were 2 in front of the other 2, if you get my drift. Three Chings wouldn't accept that they weren't "together", I suppose they had a point but I think I'll stick to Ticketmaster in future!
