An appeal to Builder's Mate
14 Answers
Your experience and knowledge of employment law are unique on this site. There may be others who have some knowledge of law but do not have your hands on experience. It is agreed that some, or even many people, post on this and other sites with comments that may be considered trivia and may not be based on law, but most of them mean to help. Please do respond to those that may need your assistance

I agree with Bednobs take on Builder's Mates last post. He did seem to imply that the questions were trivial and not sufficiently taxing for him to get his teeth into.
I was quite saddened by the post as he has given wise advice to many. Just because there aren't enough juicy questions for him to address is possibly a fortunate consequence of the advice previously given?!?

I do, of course, recognise that BM can decide he is not prepared to answer any more questions any time he chooses, I rather like the idea of Messi_Ten that we invent some really difficult problems to tempt BM back, including some that appear trivial to make it sound genuine. I have learnt that what some may consider trivial can be worrying to others, I believe this site will not be as useful without BM, but I am encouraged to learn that chuck is now going to step into the breech.
