print problem with bank statements

Hi,

I have been trying to print out bank statements for several days, but the finished article has a font size of around 36, yet the " print review" page shows the statement sitting nicely on one A4 size paper. I have tried printing other stuff from the net, and that is as normal, the correct size. The two banks are halifax and first direct. i have checked all printer options and all seems O.K.
any ideas?

What printer are you using and what operating system has your computer?.

It you print from the Print Review menu, does that work?

Copy and paste them into a Word document before printing and then adjust the font accordingly.

Have you contacted the bank about this?

Try printing "scale to page". It should be available from your printer options.
