That is a very patient dog, it could kill that kitten so easily if it wanted to.
Poor dog. I bet it doesn't get a minute's peace.
That's brilliant. Used to have a cat called Sandy who would clamp our dog's
head in his front paws and not let go until he had licked all his face clean. Poor Lucky was very, very patient. They lived together happily for about 15 years.
We have two adult Dobies and a Mature Tom cat who left to their own devices will spend a lot of time doing similar to each other, amazes me no-one ever gets hurt, and it appears the cat's in charge.
I would guess that clip is American, no UK Vet would do that to a Dobies ears (hopefully).
Nice bit of filming.
And I thought dogs were intelligent.
I dread to think what that cat will be like when it grows up!
Two hours later Fido was laying there digesting Tiddles.

The dog is clearly not cross and is acting like mum or auntie (or is it uncle)and is aware that the kitten is a baby (picking it up its mouth) bless so cute.
It is nice to see the two of them playing together. the dog is so patient with the little kitten. I hope that they remain good friends for many years.

:-)
I'm with Tilly.
I'm with wolf63
I'm with everyone - that is amazing.
It's nice to know that, in years to come, the dog will have somebody to protect him when he goes out to play.

Dogs get loads of bad press - this clip shows them at their best. :-)
