This Made Me Chuckle - Take 2

Yesterday a woman came into the shop with her mum, her son and daughter. She told me she was wanting school shoes for her wee boy as he was starting school in August. So I gladly measured him up and brought through a selection of shoes. She looked at them all before saying ' Are all boys school shoes that clumpy looking?' What was she expecting something delicate and dainty and elegant for the wee man? Because thats how it came across and I have to admit it made my day.

This is a customer that is a regular in our shop so she knows the importance of correctly fitting shoes. We also sell trainers that are properly fitted and checked and not just plucked off a shelf
