Was he being racist?
/// The foursome were discussing Deana and Ashleigh said: ''I noticed she was eating cereal with her hands so I said to her, 'Do you need a spoon?' ///
/// Scott then said: ''My dad owned an Indian takeaway and they used to eat everything with their hands. It's the culture.'' ///
/// Scott was then called into the Diary Room and given an official warning by producers. ///
Can it get any worse?

I say, what's the point of the programme (apart from entertainment) if not as a form of social experiment to see how strangers get on in an artificial environment.
I think it would be a [i]much[i] more interesting programme if, say, they had a glamour model, a EDL supporter and Muslim cleric, a vicar, a call centre worker, a member of the aristocrasy etc...just to see how their social interactions worked and whether they could get on.
Now [i]that] would get me tuning in.

Wow sp, are you harking back to gladiatorial days in the Colosseum?
Would you care to draft out a short scenario of how things would materialise?

this is stupid. ..nearly everyone who comes to dinner at my house eats mainly with their hands .... does that mean im racist too? its an observation. I eat with my hands a lot, mainly cos at other peoples houses i get given bread and no utensils .... is that being racist as well?

This scrutinising every comment someone makes just in case there might be a whiff of alleged racism is getting ridiculous. Some people are obsessed with it, I'm sick of hearing about it! You would think it's the worst crime in the world, worse than rape and child abuse the way some people go on about it. People have and always will always make comments about the behaviour of different peoples and cultures and long may they be allowed to and if it upsets some, so what? Everyone is allowed an opinion, get over it!
