Can anyone remind me of the name of the character which was an upper middle class gentleman who was always drunk and when he spoke you could only make out 1 or 2 words of what he was saying? TIA

A lot of the Fast Show characters are based on people that the team have met in the course of their everyday lives - Rowley Birkin was based on a man that Paul Whitehouse met when he went fishing. In a documentary about The Fast Show, some of those people were interviewed, including the RB character who looked nothing like RB, but sounded exactly like him! Wonderful.
