Can get on their home page but can't log in to my account,if anybody banks online with them can they try.

for the first time in a million years my debit card was rejected for a cash withdrawal - re-entered and no worries. Got home and checked my on line banking to see two identical amounts withdrawn and one credited to my account at the time of the transaction.. Never happened before - maybe a coincidence, maybe not

On the News there was a reference to a problem with NatWest customers having had transactions debited twice from their accounts......allegedly they are on the case, and all should be corrected by tomorrow I think they said.

I saw Nationwide has that problem as well
