Slicing Tofu

just watching Chinese Food in Minutes (C5) she says I'm just cutting the tofu into nice thin strips.
Nice?? Tofu??? I don't think so but am prepared to be educated.

Nice and tofu don't really belong together. The only way to make tofu edible is to nuke it with as much garlic and chilli as possible
