Sky, signing in problem.

I have used Sky for the last year to send e-mails, but now, when I try to sign-in, they don`t recognise my user, or password, although I know them to be correct. Should I inform Sky, or go back to Virgin??

If you're no longer paying them any money then they'll probably delete your mailbox which would be why you can't sign in. Try using googlemail, hotmail, yahoo mail or any other web-based email which isn't dependent on the internet provider that you are using; that way you don't need to change your email address simply because you stop using one company or another.
