GHD straighteners. Wise investment

People, you may or may not remember my post regarding my adventures in hairdressing where I attempt home hair bleaching and ended up resembling the bastard love child of Cilla Black and Derek Acorah. Well I'm pleased to say I did get the barnet fixed. However due to the shorter hair I now find that if I don't use industrial straighteners and serum I could front The Darkness or even Def Lepard with my 80's style rock frizz. I have a standard cheapo pair of straighteners, but I'm always hearing people talk about GHD's, are they worth it?

Yes, my hair is long, thick and naturally curly. I couldn't live without them!

Very wise. I have slightly curly hair so it's nice for me to have the best of both worlds. I only really style my hair when going out though, on a day to day basis it's generally just up. (Although I'm getting my fringe put back in tomorrow so I will have to style that!)
