I used to feed Redrum polo mints at the yard in Birkdale. There was a horse called Prehistoric in the next stable and he was really big.

You need proper jewellery glue, go to one of the craft shops and ask their advice.

If its within warranty and you bought it from a Swarovski outlet take it back with receipt and they will repair/replace.

If none of the above apply, still take it back they may charge about a tenner and you will never notice it has been repaired.
I have tried many glue and I found a japanese glue called the deco princess that worked wonderfully with crystals. The crystals stayed on really strong and waterproof too. Got it off an online DIY store www.gemmii.com you can check it out.
