Not sure what to have tonight as I went a bit mad yesterday lunch time and had a big mac meal with full fat coke (yes that old traditional sunday lunch)
So I need to cut down on the calories
Think I might make a greek salad - there just so easy to make and it last a couple of meals too
I've decided on Gammon steaks new minted potato's with fresh pineapple & minted peas.
The rest of the pineapple cut into chunks for afterwards with single cream.
Only takes half an hour tops.
Fritatta/tortilla filled with summer veg and a salad to accompany. I'm expecting some sweetcorn in the veg box so we might have that as a cheeky starter.
Have the makings of a Greek salad, so might go down that route tomorrow.
