Sticky keys
My laptop has got several sticky keys, and some don't work unless you thump them. Think I may have got crumbs under them from eating while browsing! Would my local repair man be able to clean it up for me? I did try prising off some of the keys to clean it but they are not the prise offable ones and now I have got two keys without a button on them!

You may have more problems getting the ones you damaged fixed but they may accept they were sticking too.
If not then you could always try your local repair man, but I susect taking it to a computer repair shop might be a better bet. At this point it may be that you need a new keyboard ordered/fitted.

really depends on the laptop, mine for example i can just flick the keys off, clean and click them back in place. not for feint hearted as they could easily break.
you could try a gentle cleaning with alcohol and a tin of compressed air.
do you know what caused the stickiness are we talking hot choc or a broken key?
you could also buy a new keyboard off ebay for your model. not horrid to replace your self all depends on you apptitude for fixing things.
