A Business Plan to take to a bank?

I am thinking, in the very early stages, of starting my own retail business. I have seen premises, got a fantastic idea for this and know, if it comes to fruition will be successful.

I am a sales executive at the moment so I can't see to much hassle in putting together a Business Plan and the Internet is full of different ideas/suggestions/advice on how to put one together.

Any suggestions?

Pop into the bank and they should be able to give you a pro forma in a business banking pack. Not only will this help you but will be in the format they require.
