Hotmail being replaced with Outlook?

No it won't
Hotmail is a mail provider, outlook is a bit of software from reading mail from any mail provider, so outlook doesn't replace hotmail, it's just a different way to read the mails from them.
That aside, all you need to log in here is your username and password, your email doesn't come into it at all. if you are changing your email address then you won't receive emails from AB unless you change the email address in your profile here to match the new address.

They are changing the branding and technology of Hotmail.com to Outlook.com (surprised chukles didn't know that).

Thank Ab Editor I've still got my Gmail account. My Hotmail/Outlook account will go the way of Internet Explorer - there but not used.
