If you were arrested and had no ID on you and you refused to be fingerprinted or photographed and refused to speak, what could the police do to you?

They will keep you locked up until they have proved your ID, then charge you with resisting arrest as it is a crime to refuse fingerpinting or photographing.
They might bend you over the back of the chair and hit you in the face leaving no marks !
On past form, they'd probably beat you to death, then the IPC would exonerate them, then there would be a public uproar, the IPC would re-investigate, charge them, then they'd be found not guilty.
they probably lock you up until you were co-operative! and if they have arrested you for something anyway and you didn't co-operate they'd probably charge you, but that's me just guessing they'd probably tar and feather you lol!
Possibly you could be hauled up before a Court and an order could be made to insist that you be photographed and fingerprinted. If you still resisted, you would be in contempt of court, and you could be jailed until you gave in. Yes, for contempt of court you can be jailed Forever, unless you "purge your contempt" which means you say sorry and make amends. Which means - give in.
No need for a Court to order the fingerprinting and photographing (likewise for DNA sample) - the police have the power to use reasonable force where necessary in the face of resistance.
