I've heard this piece a couple of times on classic fm. I'ts called something like 'farewell to the island' or it might be the island's name. I think it might be by Peter Maxwell Davies. It's a simple piano line with a violin . can anyone tell me what it is really?

thanks for the answer. I've just listened to a clip of this and it's not the piece I'm after. I think I've confused two different things in my head.
