One Liner on Key 103 Radio

Hi, does anyone remember the name of the man who was One Liner on Key 103 Radio Station, he used to be on in the mornings, must be about 10 years ago now. Used to say sill jokes like "If I was to say to you quite dog, would you say Hush Puppie" sorry bad I know x

I remember hearing a guy called Steve Penk who told bad jokes and did prank phone calls when I listened to key103 a couple of times when i was working in Manchester about 12 years ago

It was definitely Steve Penk factor30/Clare3.
I remember listening to his embarrassing prank phone calls. Often switched off.

It's Tony Horne, he's on my local radio now - Wire FM. He's still doing Juan Liner, which I don't find in the least funny btw (sorry).

It wasnt the actual Dj/Presenter, it was a man trying to put on a foreign accent, they just used to play his jokes in the morningg, many thanks x
