internal credit or international money order

I have been an paying online account for about 2 years now and the money was taken from current account - no problem. Now the company are asking that the money be sent either as internal credit or international Money order.

CAn anybody explain this and are there a lot of charges on these orders and how do you go about getting them to pay the account. Please excuse my stupidity and TIA

I don't quite understand, connemarra - do you mean that you have been paying from one account into another with the same bank? what charges? who's the "them" to pay the account?
