Well went out at nine this morning to the coast, couple of hours with MrsO, and I must say she certainly is the philanthropist, super model and all round good egg that she claims to be. Then out to Runswick Bay and several hours running up and down the beach with the grandson, home now, said grandson fed and washed and ready for bed, then it's me time, well actually I've got a date with a bottle of wine. Everybody else had a good day?

Yes indeed, I've been working but it's been a lovely sunny day, weekend shopping is all done, feel quite satisfied.

I had a great couple of hours with Traci sitting in the sunshine drinking coffee. She was very tolerant as I explained about all my modelling assignments around the world and with the constant interruptions from people wanting my autograph.
