Sorry, that should be an EXTRA £5million. We have already committed:

// It said Britain has previously made £1.4m available in "non-lethal support to the political opposition". This has included providing training and assistance to human rights groups in Syria.

Funding totalling £27.5m is also being provided by Britain for humanitarian aid //
Should we be giving ANY group anywhere money to fight? Non-lethal support my Yabbie.
If we want people of our choice to control the country and (the resources of the country of course) then 5 million is not that big a price. And then it is niot the rebels who get the money, its our own forces and agents who are doinga job there (topling someone we do not like, or who does not take dictation from us) who gets the money. Did we not do the same in Libya?
Who are we to decide who should and who should not run other countries?
Didn't you know Duncer the UK is the police, hospital and criminal safe house for the world.
And we got up tight when Gaddafi supplied the IRA with Semtex.
no that money should be used for good causes here in Britain. We should stay out of these conflicts.
No. I agree with Em.
And I most definitley agree with em and naomi.
Yes of course we should provided that the money is being used as claimed. Maybe that's a big 'if' I don't know
We should not be involved
